The gold standard in tooth whitening involves construction of retainers , with the use of a gel which is inserted into the retainer . The retainer is worn for 90 minutes daily, and this procedure is repeated daily.
The result is a significant improvement in the whiteness of teeth . There is no quick fix to achieve good results. All “fast” In-Office whitening techniques are unsatisfactory .
